April 2024 Board Meeting

Even though the season is over and the new season has not begun, the board is still meeting to make decisions and help build the organization.  

We wish to thank everyone for your support throughout the season. This job isn't always easy but we always try to focus on what is best for everyone in the organization.  

For those of you that filled out our end of year survey, we thank you.   This information helps us as an organization and it also helps the coaches know what they are doing well and where they can improve.

Our Drills & Thrills session is going extremely well.  We had an amazing response from both current and new players.  Every week I try to ask the kids how it went and they all have said they had fun so that is encouraging.  

The PIRHL is looking for volunteers, if you are interested in helping, please go to their website and fill out the form.  

We decided at our meeting to change our sponsorships a bit this year.   Instead of it being a 50/50 split, it will now be a 70/30 split.  So for every Sponsorship you acquire, you will have 70% going towards your individual fee.  I have attached the updated form, feel free to start any time. 

If you have not yet registered for next season, please go to www.butlerinlinehockey.com to register today.  The registration fee was waived this year so the only thing required at tryouts will be the $100 commitment fee which will not be cashed until you accept your position on the team.  

Tryout dates are as follows:

May 14th 6pm-7pm for Elementary and 7pm-8pm for Middle School

May 15th, 21st, & 22nd 6pm-8pm for High School
