October 2023 Board Meeting

Good Evening

We wanted to send out a few reminders for upcoming dates and events.

    Practice Schedules will be changing starting the week of October 29th.  
        October 31st - there will be NO PRACTICE for any of our teams
        November 2nd, we will start our practices at Grove City YMCA.  All Thursday practices will be in Grove City the remainder of the season
            Elementary and MS 6:30-7:30
            HS 7:30-9
        November 7th we will start our new times in the upstairs rink at FSC.
            Elementary 6:30-7:30
            MS 7:30-8:30
            HS 8:30-9:30
    Little Caesars fundraiser ends this Thursday, October 26th
    Pie Fundraiser pickup will be November 7th at practice
    Final payments are due November 14th
    Sudshack Raffle Tickets are due on November 14th, the winner will be pulled at practice on November 16th.  
    There will be NO PRACTICE on Thanksgiving day.  
    We are participating in Butler's Spirit of Christmas Parade on Nov. 25th.  
        The parade starts at 5:30 but we will need to be there earlier, exact time to be determined.
        We are creating a float this year.  If anyone has any ideas, suggestions, or would like to help please let us know.
        We are also planning on having our elementary team ride on the float while others either skate (weather depending) or hand out bracelets.
            If your child is willing and able (correct wheels) to skate, please let us know.  The board will then make decisions on who will skate
    We will be having a party at our Grove City practice on December 7th so please save the date.  We ask everyone to arrive at 6:30 that evening.  Pizza will be provided.
    Our last practice before the break will be December 14th and we will pick back up on January 2nd.
