I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the start of the season.
Wanted to pass along a few reminders about upcoming deadlines.
We are starting a new fundraiser on Tuesday, Sept 26th. This is a Little Caesars fundraiser in which you will make $6 per item sold. This will run for a month and the best part is the items are delivered to the person's home so there is no delivery needed. We will send out more details after the fundraiser is active.
Hoagies will be delivered on Thursday, Sept 28th at 4pm. We will need time to sort so please plan to pick up your orders between 5-6. If you are able to help sort, please let me know.
First payment of $300 is also due on Thursday, Sept 28th. Please give your payment to Dawn or place it in the blue Butler Inline lock box on the counter.
Pictures are also coming up on October 5th. We are hoping to have order forms this week at practice. Everyone should wear their blue jerseys. The schedule will be as follows:
Elementary and Middle School pictures will start at 5:30
Elementary and Middle School team pictures will be taken after the individual pics.
There will be a FULL group picture taken at 6:15pm. All coaches and players should plan to attend.
High School Team pictures will be taken after the full group picture.
High School individual pictures will follow the team pictures.
We are getting ready to place an order for our sponsor t-shirts and also for our end of year gift. We need EVERYONE to fill out the following google form so we have a list of proper sizes.
Spirit wear that was previously ordered should be arriving at the end of this week so we will hopefully have these next week. We are also working on a new spirit wear store that should be available soon.
